Pictured above is 22 year old Harry from East London being put through some 1v1 drills in Dagenham last night. Harry is a very talented forward player who was never really given much coaching as a youngster. He told me he learned much of his football from watching TV or others play. This is often the case as very few players are privileged to have he opportunity to be coached professionally.

He is taking that opportunity now and he would agree even within the hour improvement in his game was noticeable. Over the coming few weeks I can guarantee that there will be a significant increase in his technical, skill, tactical and fitness level.

Whatever level you are playing at you can still get better!
