1 to 1 sessions are now available at a time to suit you with me or one of my coaches. These are completely live and will cover topics listed below. Sessions are 1 hour and you can follow the programme or have sessions bespoke to you.
There will be lots of time for Q and A and lots of challenges.
Don’t worry about equipment all you need is a ball some space and some onjrcts to dribble around. I will give you more detail when you contact me.
