So your season has finished and your evaluating how it all went. Positives, negatives and how can I get better?

Dont ignore your football during the break. Sure, you need a rest mentally and physically. Keep in shape, keep technically on top and feel better mentally by refining your skills, learning something new and begin the steps of improving those wesknesses.

Have a break of 19 days or so and get back in weekly at least. Want to play football!
